Commodore

Brooke Cox has found herself in an odd position: a captive in the lap of luxury. She’s a passenger on the grand yacht Ranch Hand, an opulent vessel with all the amenities one could want—sparkling pool, gourmet kitchen, and enough wine to last until the apocalypse. The skies are blue and the gulls are calling, but this is no pleasure cruise.

It’s hard to enjoy the scenery when you’re wanted by the federal government, and this is precisely Brooke’s situation. When Operation Condor went south, she had no choice but to flee, and her only option for a ride out of town was an oversized sailboat captained by a man she hates. So she hopped aboard, because as bad as it is being in the middle of the ocean with Timothy Dent, it’s better than the hounds and handcuffs that awaited her onshore.

So they sail west with Tim Dent at the helm and a familiar cast of characters in tow. The destination is unknown to everyone but Tim, the aloof billionaire who grows more eccentric by the day. As they cross the Pacific, they’re forced to confront tropical storms, hostile vessels, and onboard mutiny, until Brooke is left praying that Tim is right; that there’s only one man who can save them, and the only way to find him is to keep sailing.
